Before you can input these cheats, you must enable the game console, developer mode and cheats. You may do this by modifying the windows shortcut properties for Half-Life and adding “-console -dev sv_cheats 1″ to the end of the “Target”.

(eg: “C:\Program Files\Sierra\Half Life\hl.exe -console -dev sv_cheats 1″ )

Command	Default	Description
fly		Move anywhere in mid-air. Doesnt work too good. (Use noclip to move through objects too).
give #		Where # = the item name.
god		Toggle god mode (invincibility).
impulse #		Where # = item number. See “impulse” table below.
noclip		Toggles no-clipping mode (fly through walls, floors, objects).
notarget		Toggle no-target mode (enemies ignore the player).
sv_cheats	0	Enable use of cheats. Set to 1 and load a saved game, start a new game, or move to a new “level” for it to take effect.
map xxxx	0	Where xxxx equals the map name. Map list comming shortley.

impulse x, where x equals …	Description
76	Possibly creates a grunt. Tested, anyone?
101	Give player all guns, HEV armor, health and ammo for each weapon
102	Toss a couple random gibs in front of you.
104	Dump global state variables.
105	Enemies can’t hear you.
106	Classname, targetname of entity in front of you.
107	Texture in front of you.
195	Show shortest paths for entire level to nearest node (fly)
196	Show shortest paths for entire level to nearest node (large)
197	Show shortest paths for entire level to nearest node (human)
199	Show nearest node and all connections.
202	Spray blood on wall in front of you, like spray paint.
203	Remove object in front of player. (?)
