   If U want a TITAN,.. u must go to Omicron Theta. Doc with Freeport 9.
   
   Seek bartender,... he will offer u a bribe ( 150.000 ),..take it !!! U want to buy TITAN ? Friendlier. go to Omicron 11 doc with Cardiz Base that belong to Corsair. Kill all Red Hesian by a Mission Way Task. When green than u can u what do u want to do.
   
   For tohuku,...i still don't know :( in story that Osiris Commando has Lock that jump hole )
